My theory of this is that Jungkook found out about Jin changing time after the end of Euphoria. So now he’s trying to change everything back to before Jin changed it first. I remember someone saying that Jin sees or controls what he’s changing in a small room with windows? So Jin realizes that Jungkook knows and tries to stop him by closing the curtains on him. Then we see Jungkook going around in this music video destroying the windows of the room, making that huge mess and turning the flower Jin was protecting into sand. Then Jungkook goes back and starts giving the other members things that they had bad memories off? Like J-hope trying to block Jungkook out, but failing to stop him from pushing a snicker bar in and leading to a huge pile later on with J-Hope curled up in despair? From the memories of his mom leaving. Jungkook is also mirroring the actions of RM in the mirror maybe causing RM to hate himself as Jungkook is on the other side of the mirror? When Jungkook opens the door in the end, water starts pouring out with Jimin just standing there, referencing the bath tub and Jimin’s sadness? Fire erupts right in front of Suga just like in I Need U where he lights himself up on fire in his bedroom. I’m not too sure about whatever the heck V’s doing though. It has a lot of holes and other unexplained stuff, but I just wanted to get these thoughts out of my head.

Quan Lee maybe Jungkook, after getting hold of the truth that Jin tried to sacrifice himself to save other, realized that everything must be the way it is. The members have to go through pain and suffering. Jin's love for the members was "Fake love" because that love trap them in a "Fake world" of euphoria while the reality is the opposite. The part that Jin tried to protect the flower also said it out loud imo. In trying to protect the flower, Jin lost it just like when he tried to protect the member, he lost them. And Jin abandoned the flower cage because he thought the flower was gone, that all the members are lost. But in the scene where Jungkook let the sand fall of his hand, we saw flower petals flying, that means the flower has always been there, the members aren't truly gone, or lost. They are always there, Jin just didn't see it because he too was suffering

The flower is the Smeraldo flower in which Jin was going to give to the girl but the girl died when they were about to meet. In the MV jin really was protecting the flower but failed. This represents how he failed to protect the girl. Part of the notes for the storyline. Fake love is like the ending part of the era btw. Also the snickers are from when Hobi’s mom left him and in Suga’s room, the piano represents his moms piano and the fire is when his house burned down and killed his mom. Georgina plz read. Actually my theory is that the Sand Stands for time.. also the flower Stands for their Love they tried to protect... Jungkook grabbed the Sand but after awhile He slowly opens His hands.. you can See the Sand falling down and in the Shadow you See flower petals flying away.. Just then the Gate Opened... My theory: This whole scenes are Standing for = As time Passes by, he First tried to hold it and didn't want to let it Go.. but soon He realized that it's Not good for him and slowly let it happen, letting His Love for that Person fade away, (being sick of being played) to Open Up a new chapter in Love..🤗What do y'all think🙈

The flower is kinda like in beauty and the beast. The flower represents how much time jungkook (that was why he was spying on jimin, hobi and suga) has left to save all the other members but Jin failed to protect it. When time starts running out, the universe starts falling apart (jungkook is running and the falls are falling). The scene when jungkook walks to the empty glass box and sand is when he realises that time has run out for him to save the members. Jimin is drowned, hobi is consumed by his past and overdoses on 'drugs'', suga is burnt. Namjoon is stuck looking at his own reflection and Tae is stuck in a place where he can see the different universes in the light windows.

Acting is good in this too. Especially Jin's desperate look when he tries to protect the smeralda flower from some kind of wind of destruction. Also, Jin's dancing at the later part is impressive. J Hope's acting is on point too (J Hope's face when he realized that he's locked in the room full of his fear / memory broke my heart). Ah . . . and about all those cellphones that V no longer has reason to pick up. Sigh . . . (This theory is not mine. I saw it somewhere and it made sense to me, then I watched this MV again and it made even better sense!) I heard all the special effect is all mechanical SFX, no CG. That's a lot of work.

And jin also tweeted a pic of him holding a flower with "smeraldo" words. Srsly I was sosososoososo shicked when I realized this and had goosebumps all over my body.
