Bro the last guy i can relate becuz when i fullscreen i really get capped at 60 fps and it also feels heavy but when i try windowed fullscreen or just windowed it goes to the normal 120 fps before i updated my driver... But ill try to use a restore point tho before i updated my Graphics driver since i tried everything to make it go back so... Wish me luck🤞... Also i play only in laptop so yeah
