Probably because she didn’t want to wear it you do realize that the older girls have separate hobbies and interest?so of course they won’t always have the same items or will be dressed alike wearing similar things , She got a sewing machine for Christmas and Miya got a phone with a printer because that’s their hobbies just like when Jb gets stuff for her art.i think her god mom is Mel or another family member,Satomi is a random viewer that they met and became friends with
