That will never happen. It’s way too much money, you’re probably dropping close to 2-3 million just building it, let alone the cost of maintenance and upkeep. There’s a reason why he went with gravel roads on his property. The easiest thing to do would be to buy one, you could probably find one depending on the location between 500-750k.
