WE HAVE BOOST!! - SUPERCHARGED MERCEDES 190e GETS CUSTOM INTERCOOLER

We have had this Mercedes 190e for a couple years, and it's been may longest ever project, we've made many mistakes in this project and I wont lie I have almost forgotten about this car on many occasions, but we are getting it finished!
We engine swapped this Mercedes 190e with a 2.3 Supercharged SLK engine, and one of the biggest jobs left to do was to find a way to make an intercooler fit in the 190e engine bay. Now this was a job I was worried to tackle myself so Airtec Motorsport have graciously offered to give me a hand..
once the intercooler is installed, we will have full boost from the supercharger!

☝️Sorry dude, I'm another that has it on the stock ecu with m111. Louis from Modified Mercs used to sell the plug and play loom harnesses, so there are a few people in the UK. But... That don't matter, it's a huge triumph for you dude 👌🤘

I've done the same with a slightly smaller intercooler and getting heat issues after driving for 10 - 20 miles. let me know how you get on with it as I'm going for a 2.3 Cosworth alloy rad now to try and combat this issue and possible move the intercooler/ buy a different one to sit in the bumper
