TRANSFORMING A *CHEAP* VW TRANSPORTER! (PT.1)

I bought this cheap VW Transporter T5 a few weeks ago for £3000 and it has over 250k miles on it, we have some big plans for this van including a media vehicle, a motorbike transporter, a tow vehicle AND a camper van! So we have a long way to go as we have some big shoes to fill.. let's get started!
Today we are updating the entire look of the T5 and are doing a full T5.1 facelift upgrade, otherwise known as a T5.1 conversion. So we are taking the full front end off a T5.1 which is a newer facelift transporter and putting it on our older T5!
IT LOOKS AWESOME! Now lets get on to the other jobs...

Yes transporter .. my t5 has had the t6.1 front end conversion and if u contact transporter HQ and purchase the t6.1 rear style lights for the t5 they look sick. Great van for ur needs

Got to add a wrap and have it fade from the grey to white with some kind of cool design graphics. I've taken my T5.1 bumper off so many times that I've become an expert with where all the bolts are.

There's a sub harness that sits on top of the driver's side light that carrys power and ground for the coolant bottle

Swap the new loom over to the other light, had the same type of issue with my Audi a3, I put the offside rear into the near side etc. and all the lights were not turning the correct lights on

Get it done White for the summer with Anthracite Wheels (with say blue or red speckles) then you have an excuse to wrap it grey in the winter!! More content that way ! :)
