Another great video Marv! I finally pulled the trigger on this bad boy, and I am super excited to get my hands on it. The Wahl 5 star Senior and .50 Cal BMG are my two favorite fading clippers currently. Also the fact that the Rebel sells-out all the time tells me this clipper is LEGIT!

I did a better job fading with the Rebel using Wahl guards. Other than that, it cut through my hair effortlessly. It almost felt like I wasn't cutting my hair. It is like a hot knife cutting through butter.

the fade blade on it is too good, i have a fade on it and on the ergo and you dont need to use a trimmer to bald tbh and gets rid of line easy

I love my Rebels!! That fusion blade is great and the power to get thru bulk is all there. I’m still using the stock bracket with the click lever. Nice that they give you plenty of options and accessories with this clipper.

Is the fusion blade considered a fade or taper blade ?

I bought the rebel after 4 trustworthy reviews. Didn't let down. So I now realize that these clippers are so great. That the company doesn't sell the rebels anymore. Because they didn't expect the greatness and outcome. So I do realize they are pushing out the mythics or apex and they don't compare to the rebel what so ever. So expect them to return the rebel with a different name, a little fancier housing and boxing and most definitely, price it higher then the originals. Last not but least great review ,sir!!

I love fusion/Faper blade on the caliberpro 9mm with the dlc deep tooth blade. The still feel and see a difference in the fusion blade and now call Faper blade. The fusion blade is tad bit smaller than the new Faper blade.. hold them close together and let me know if I’m wrong.

X Ergo is a great clipper. Better than the Wahl Senior imo

@@willieguns The rebel is super lightweight. If you like the metal body with the weight try the APex. It has the same super torque motor as the rebel with the metal body of the mythic and saber.

No, it just dies. As long as you put it on the standing charger in between uses it’ll last you all day

I work 15-20 fades in a day with just placing them on charger stand when not using and they never feel like they are getting weak. Power all day!

damn I ordered the JRL 2020c and i should be getting them monday because I saw your other vid where you said there best for beginners and did research and seems like everyone else says there good clippers. Do you think i should return them and get the rebels instead since there the same price? @@mizra1646 I'll break it down with pros and cons of the JRL Pros 1. Quietest clipper on the market right now 2. 4 hours of battery 3. Doesn't get hot 4. Great for fading and bulk removal 5. Price was $125 at black Friday Cons 1. When I tried to zero gap it, the guards would rattle against the teeth. I like to zero gap my tools to remove the skin line. But luckily I have other tools to remove the skin line 2. Build quality can be suspect. You can look at my channel. My first JRL, I used it twice and then it wouldn't turn on. Returned it and no issues so far. 3. Not really a con for me but Worth mentioning. Full charge takes 3 hours. I cut my own hair so it doesn't matter but someone may have an issue. Hope this helps.

I hardly use my Babyliss anymore unless it’s for emergency because I need to charge my Rebel. I’m prob gonna get a second Rebel. It just cuts way faster, is very obviously more powerful, and just looks better. GOLDFX looks ugly to me honestly, it looks like a gold microphone or gold flashlight. People realllyyyy like fake gold stuff huh? Flash over substance, and overpriced too. I paid $200+ for mine and feel ripped off now lol

A phenomenal clipper but TOO DAMN LOUD and gets worse over time to the point my clients ask me to please use another clipper because the noise is unbearable I wish someone would figure out how to make it as silent as the Wahl Seniors or Babyliss Pro

@@joeskichavez395 the senior has less rpm, 70 min run time and blades get real hot, you have to mod the senior for it to compete with the rebel, now as far as torque idk which is better because its hard to test but the deep tooth slim cutting blade is definitely more efficient and i do like wahl as well
