Hello AG. Tuna is tricky you can't go over on it. 3 to 5 minutes on a medium or a little higher heat. Take your protein out of the pan. Add a tablespoon of butter half a lemon squeezed. And a couple shakes of Dill. Cook that up for a couple minutes. When you see it sickening it's ready for the topper of your fish. Remember don't overdo it 3 to 5 minutes that's okay if it looks around the middle it tastes yummy and maybe a couple shakes of soy sauce at the end too
