I use canva they have a lot of templates and it’s super cute but I’m not sure what she does but if you’re looking for thumbnails canva is a nice tool for that

from my understanding, you can start the background with 3-4 base photos as she does in the thumbnail sizing. then she types the title either on phonto or any other editing app then cuts herself out w/o a background eraser then maybe a filter 😝
