Nasto you please finish building your first house you still need hot water for your shower add a closet for your bedroom and solar panels so you can have light, electricity. In America we don't have enough accommodations to house are grandmas, auntie's and Friends. Your outdoor kitchen hasn't been finished 😞 please do that first.😊

Hi Nasto how are you. I love your house it's beautiful but i believe it should have being bigger with bigger bedrooms and each bedrooms have their bathrooms and a big kitchen and living room. Hello Nasto, I would advise you to please consider using sement instead of the mad on the foundation. It's safe that way, and it's always good to change the narrative as generation changes.

Congratulations! As you plan your next project, please take your time and review your plans: Electrical should have breakers to various parts. Wiring to the kitchen should be of the strength to support various appliances…microwave, toaster, hot water tank, etc. Living room and master bedroom, at minimum should have outlets on all walls to allow for flexibility in furnishing. Include plenty of closet space in the size of your rooms. Water filters should be in an easily accessible area. Some, including my first home, had it under the sink. I suggest it be outside before water enters. It requires ongoing maintenance.

Hi Nasto.. New Year, New Goals💪 ...on the issue of water pressure for shower and kitchen spray, consider using your water tank in conjunction with booster pumps to increase pressure. For example, a 6 meter high tank stand produces 0.6 bar of pressure; if 1 bar of water pressure is required for certain appliances to function correctly, then a booster pump capable of raising the water pressure by a further 0.4 bar is required. So you might need to increase the height of the water tank to 10 meters if you don't use a booster pump.👍

To increase the water pressure you need to install a water pump between the water tank and the house that will turn on immediately only when the water is needed it’s used widely in Jamaica. This pump comes with a water pressure sensor and works only when the demands for water is necessary. The only other way to increase that water pressure is to have oversized water line from the black tank to the house smaller line and making sure your tank have a high volume of water all the time

Nasto, you may consider a two-storey house. Three bedrooms on the upper floor, one on the lower floor (for ood age 😂)with kitchen living room and other amenities on the lower storey. It will save land space as a single storey house uses up more land space than a two storey house.

Nasto, there must be a haulage company in Nyabuhanse, which is why you can speak to them and negotiate a good deal when, their track that deliver in Narok, on their way back should be returning with your building stones at a minimum rate. Other than driving back empty. I assume that should be very cost effective on finances❤❤❤ subject to evaluation ❤❤
