The worst part of pulling for a 4* is that if you want the specific 4*, it is harder than a 5*, and there will always be someone you know who _accidentally_ gets the 4* you wanted.

xingqiu is one of the only THREE hydro 4* and he's very f2p friendly! he's a pretty good character too you can use him in multiple freeze, vaporize, hyperbloom, electrocharged teams!
