Trevor definitely has attachment issues. His dad abandoned him when he was barely out of being a toddler. His mother was very abusive and he seems to only have vague memories of her besides that. She ends up abandoning him too. His brother died, which he still mourned for him even though they didn't get along. Two of his close friends die, and one of them faked their death for years. He's absolutely crazy, but he's also a broken and emotional man.
