IDK about triplets, but i got twin younger brothers who are identical twins. and regarding moles they do have the same ones from what i can tell. But the thing for them is that if you look on the both the moles are not 100% in the same spot they are like a 1cm ish off from eachother.

btw there’s actually PERFECT tradgoth eye makeup in the vampires pack!! the default swatch is black and blue but there’s also black and grey or black and white which fit rlly well for tradgoth sims :D

Identical twins/triplets/etc, do actually have the same eye colour! Since identical twins are split from the same egg they carry the exact same genetics. (That is if we are talking about Monozygotic Twins, and not the other ones such as Semi-identical twins- but assuming with the terminology and explicitly saying 'identical' then yeah, identical twins don't have same eye colour ^^)
