Try mouth placement. Whenever you have think about it,have your jaw slightly seeped and tongue at the roof of your mouth. This a why I learned many years ago when I had the same problem.

Kendel, I got Botox yesterday for my TMJ, 2 shots on the right and left side. I every 3 months when I get them the Dr. says it feel much more relaxed. Good luck.

If you delay from going to dentist your TMJ will get worse,because I feel you are clenching your teeth due to stress. Just my thoughts and opinion.

My chiropractor told me to stretch my jaw like I'm yawning and massage the muscles and it has helped so much!!

The Botox in those muscles does not hurt any worse than the other areas. I get it for migraines and they put it there also for TMJ, because it can trigger migraines. I wore braces for mine years ago,even tho my teeth were fine. It helped a lot. The bite plate was a pain in the butt.

Heather has done absolutely nothing to deserve your judgement. The only person who deserves any judgement is you and Kendal. How could a child’s suicide be something you could question? I’m seriously just in shock that a person could be this heartless…
