I do care about our North Carolina, mainly because that is where my youngest daughter is going to college in Wilmington to become a Nurse, like her mommy. Prayers are going out for all that will be effected. God be with us all. Take care Rich family! The weather forecasters are now saying that it will go back out and then turn and hit the east side of Florida as a Tropical storm or maybe even greater. Evidently Idalia is not a storm to underestimate.

We had 5 tornadoes recently in the Northeast: 2 in my state of Rhode Island and 3 in Massachusetts. Luckily, no one was hurt or killed, but people did have damage to their houses. One lady was on her way to work when a tornado swept up her car, spun it around a few times, then dropped it a few feet away from where it was. The car had some damage, but the lady was completely unharmed. We've been getting so much rain here in Rhode Island so the ground is completely saturated and it causes flooding.

When that hurricane hit I live in South Georgia so we got a crap ton of rain and wind we had a few tree limbs fall but in a big store parking lot there was about 50-100 Georgia Power trucks going all over South Georgia to Valdosta area because there was a lot of power outages luckily ours did not go out but we had tree limbs fall that was all the damage we got but Valdosta got flooded

Never been in a tornado but we come close to having tornados here but we get severe thunderstorms and warnings watch s of tornados and severe thunderstorms but rarely get tornados and none have hit by me Thank God and we do not get hurricanes here !
