Update: I'm really sorry guys, like really sorry! Not the video I wanted to post.. as I was working on a really cool video where I got the platinums in a trilogy of games! Sadly I had some glitched trophies.. but once I re-done the whole game, my recording PC pretty much died on me.. so I've been struggling to even get those files back! I'm confident I can make it happen and get the video to you guys at some point!! Of course I need to get the files then get a new PC for recording to make more videos! Ill be trying to keep you guys updated as I go! & I do have a couple videos already pre-made and ready to go.. so there won't be weeks without videos, as you know I love to stay consistent! :) Much love to you all!

indeed.. I was super excited for it tbh, thought the story would be amazing but they just didnt do enough with him, and his ending of dying the whole time, felt like a lazy ending that an AI could write

I played this game quite a bit. It was definitely not what I was expecting going into it, but I still thought it was pretty fun for the most part. It’s very much a far cry Ubisoft game. The problem comes from the gameplay loop just never being different from the last far cry. There were definitely a lot of fun parts of this game tho. If you can get it on sale for 20 bucks it’s a steal.

It's not Giancarlo's fault though. He acted Antón very well and shone in every scene he was in. The problem was Ubisoft didn't feature him enough. He should've had more cutscenes and dialogue. They should have focused more on Antón, rather than all the guerrilla shit

It's not just Far Cry that is in the toilet. Ubisoft as a company is just doing worse and worse overall. The amount of games they released and needed a lot of patches to be decent, is insane. Such a shame with this series tho. Even though I did enjoy playing it for the most part, it's definitely not the quality we as paying costumers deserve. Especially since they have proven(with FC3, Primal), they can do so much better. Yeah its a real shame! Ubisoft use to be my favourite company and I use to say "they make no bad games" and I'd say that with full confidence.. now I cant even think of 3 good ubisoft in the last 3-4 years.. such a shame

farcry primal was one of the least enjoyable platinum journeys for me in the entirety of the farcry series. (i've done 3 all the way to 6). The platinum trophy is very grindy and can also be buggy especially on ps5. The thing is is that it's grindy with no real way to grind, so every grind is inconvenient and tedious asf. You can get it done in about 20 hours

I did the ps4 and ps5 version on 2 different accounts, i never encounted any glitches in the game. After watching your video about the insurgency, you needed to complete it the final FND and not just kill the boss. The small change that they made is that now you have to finish the insurgency tasks before it gives you the location of the boss, while before you only needed to do the insurgency FND since he was hiding in one of those bases. That is the thing they patched.

biggest problem of the game: boredom, magic bullets, random currencies for weapon upgrades, even more busted and useless guns than in fc5, no skills just crappy loot items and the AI isn't better and the difficulty is a joke.

Omg what you on about farcry 5 was the best game they have ever created in my opinion i loved it. The opening scenes were so good i got chillz all over my body. The farther was so well done i just got hooked straight away and could not stop playing it. And ive actually completed it twice now. Definitely one of my favourite games ive ever played. For me to really get onto a game it has to get me hooked straight away the beginning has to be such an impact and i carnt really thibk of that many games ive played that has been like that. Maybe alien isolation that got me hooked from the start. But normally im a gran turismo sort of guy and need for speed heat love them 2. If you can suggest a really good story game for me to play like tomb raider games and nathan drake games loved all them aswell

I was very glad there was a work around on the 3 week trophy when I played in the first few weeks. I agree this is the worst of the more recent Far Cry games, but for some reason Ubisoft games tend to just speak to my tastes so I didn't mind too much.

I'm quite intrigued at Mirage looking forward to play it and it genuinely does look good. So I have high for it, plus its 5x shorter than Valhalla. And I love the Far Cry series, 3 was brilliant as was Primal want to do 4 as well but currently the plat is unobtainable due to one glitched trophy. So that sucks. I like the look of the gameplay of this but with all the bad things I've heard I'm feeling that I can wait.

While the main game blows, the dlcs focused around the villains of 3, 4, and 5 are all worth playing just for the stories they tell and add to the respective characters. Big recommend if you liked Vaas, Min and/or Joseph

I enjoyed far cry 6. I think people hating on ubisoft has become fashion lately you know there won't be backlash. Say one thing bad about baldur gate 3 or ff 16 and there will be backlash and fury.

I was a huge Ubi fan, but I mean I think its deserved tbh.. Ubisoft are getting worse, from the AC games to Watch Dogs, the state of R6S.. and people that go out there way to harass others because of video game preferences are losers lmao, like there's a reason no game is a 10/10 but those that love a game so much they harass others are weird guys.

Great work, i really like your content :) I dont know if you have already played it, but my favorite far cry game is actually the spin-off, far cry 3 blood dragon I can really recommend it, its a short plat, but its hella fun with a lot of references to old action movies :D And it also got a ps4 port ^^

Trust me the plat is easier then you think its just side missions main story and a few collectibles there has been way more collectibles trophies in other games and the side missions are mostly fun and have hidden lore and about the main Story its alright but the middle Region is sadly the worst from the 3 but I really liked the characters from the other 2 regions as they are pretty fun and weird lol I can only recommend it and if you feel a bit bored you can always invite a friend

Guys, I don't get it! Everyone's freaking out how the fifth game was "the best one", but I clearly remember how before the release of sixth part, it was considered very mid, but of course a bit higher than Primal and New Dawn. How many decades I've been sleeping?? Now it's considered by most people as literally best. E-eh, I mean, it was hyped when it released, and I remember how we played it with my father(we were playing third and forth by the time pf their release on PS3), expecting the same great experience as it was with previous ones, but... It was so mid, that we just... abandoned it. Month ago, after revisiting 3rd and my personal favorite 4th part(replayed it like 8 times, counting literally replaying it three times in a row this year, I just can't get enough of it), I tried fifth part again, two hours in, and it... just being not entertaining/interesting. Many mechanics, which were working brilliantly, are cut entirely, strange menu with mostly useless stuff. Uh, can someone explain to me what's wrong with either me or the game, please?

FC6 is free on xbox game pass right now and the ultimate pack (all DLCs) on sale for about $25. Im about halfway through 100% achievements, dont hate it but as you mentioned others like 3, 4, Primal were much better. Personally for the next game id like to see a 'Jurassic Park' style game with dino and survival horror elements mixed in, would be something fresh for the series.

To me, all the Far Cry's from 3 onward (minus Primal) are all the same so I really never bought the argument that the newer Far Cry's are so much worse than 3 was. I think that's mostly just nostalgia talking with how highly praised 3 is and how despised 6 is. They're essentially the exact same game just in a different setting and different villain. How can one be so much worse than the other? If 6 came out when 3 came out, 6 would be rated much higher and 3 would be rated lower. I think it's more about people being fatigued with the Far Cry franchise in general, same with Assassin's Creed. The formula is just overdone, people are bored of it. Ubisoft games aren't bad games and I really despise when people call them a bad developer because they're not, but they oversaturate their own market. Like Guitar Hero and Rock Band games back in the day, they just pumped out too many games too quickly and oversaturated the market, people got tired of the games. This is what has happened with Far Cry and Assassin's Creed, too many derivative games in too short a time. But these games still serve their purpose. You know every 1-2 years, there will be another game in that franchise that gives you something to play in between other games that you may be more into. They're not meant to be GotY titles, instead like say Call of Duty, they're meant to be filler games you play in between other stuff. And that's fine because you need these kinds of consistent releases to keep gaming going in times when we see increasingly longer gaps in between AAA releases. Ubisoft knows their role and their role is to pump out a new Assassin's Creed every year and a new Far Cry every 2-3 years. That quick turn-around and consistency is needed in these times when most developers are now taking 5+ years to make a new game. You can say quality over quantity and I'd agree but you still need some kind of quantity to fill the gaps besides just remasters and lazy ports that other developers do because they have nothing else to release as they're one big game is still in development. Games just take way too long to make now and that added wait time doesn't always pay off but Ubisoft has figured out a way to pump out multiple new games every year still. Like how it used to be done.

The game isn’t that bad but having to play the game a second time because the insurgency trophy couldn’t be completed made it very annoying. I also dislike any trophy that forces you to play co-op. I’d give it a 6/10

This also wasnt a fun experience for me as anytime i would try to play the game it kept giving me errors. Either the save would fail to load or Ubisoft's servers wouldnt let me play the actual game. I had to probably spend 15ish mins every time i wanted to play actually trying to play the game. Also your not missing much with the DLC either. The Vass one was probably the best to me story wise but i didnt really like any of the others

I remember playing this game with my buddy and we found some weird flying car thing then we flew too far and beat the game on accident lol. Then it spawned us in the first area you start in in the prologue and the guards had crazy health and we looted some crazy hood weapons and we were stupidly under leveled. We also managed to kill all the guards on Gustavo frings island that was cool. Good times with a janky game

3 was amazing and 4 was fun and primal was a interesting spin. The downslope for me was 5 and it wasnt cause the game but it just felt dull to me. New dawn was a painful cash grab and 6 was a absolute bore. I got about 5 hours in and i couldnt make myself play anymore

I didn't love 5 because the story was lacking, some mechanics were different in a way that annoyed me (healing, no minimap etc.) This game though, feels like a mix of all. No crafting and such, good in a way (less grindy) but worse in a way (doesn't feel rewarding). 3rd person cutscenes are an improvement, characters imo are likeable, map is huge (though sadly not detailed or anything) but it looks good, plays good, story is better than 5 (at least it's characters and cutscenes and stuff are). It is the latest entry, best looking, biggest map, craziest guns and stuff. I enjoyed all of FC games to be honest even though I don't love FC5 so that's why probably I enjoyed this one too. And I kinda get the hate. This game could've been something spectacular, even a masterpiece but sadly its Ubisoft. FC6 is now one of my favorites. Not saying it is better than FC3 but I enjoyed the hell out of this game. Loadouts, clothing with perks, supremos, resolver weapons, big and good looking map (generally, not saying the map is perfect), not the best but still great gunplay, with the new items allowing for different playstyles (you can equip clothes that would make you tougher but slower or the other way around). Subtle details made the game fun for me. If you haven't tried it and if you're into the franchise, I think you should give it a chance.

@@leonardo1310_ are you actually serious rn? when someone says 25-30 hours, they aren't saying to stay awake nonstop for that time.. its 25-30 hours of playtime. so it could be 25 hours over 3 weeks. and in the 3 weeks you only need to play maybe 30 minutes to beat an insurgency leader. you dont play it nonstop for 3 weeks.

This was such a let down. Cookie cutter generic protagonist, generic dictator for an antagonist and they try to make us care by using the antagonist's son as a plot device. 5 was okay at best compared to 4 and 3. Heck, even Primal surpasses 6 and 5 for how different it was from how formulaic Far Cry 6 was. Never played New Dawn or Blood Dragon.

So my first farcry was the 4th. And I’ve loved all since, except for new dawn. That one felt cheap and more like a dlc than an actual full game. I started 6 when it first came out, but I stopped a couple hours into it. But then I got a PS5 and decided to give it another try and i just finished it. Absolutely loved this one. 5 is my favorite so far, but this one is close to my favorite. I’ve never played 3, but I feel like I won’t be into it because I’m spoiled by the graphics and gameplay of newer games. Much like how I played rdr2 before playing the first rdr. While the story was great, I hated the gameplay. Still might give it a shot though.

My brother and I are very big fans of the far cry franchise. We always play the games in co-op when they release. Overall far cry 6 was just eh. I don't ever see myself coming back to this game unfortunately. There's a lot of things that made me want to love the game but unfortunately it's a very forgettable far cry game.
