Wow Katie did amazing! Very impressive. Speaking of circuses though. The circus just came to town in a city about an hour away from me in Montana and one of the elephants escaped and was wondering around town! Can u imagine just driving and all of a sudden there’s an elephant running towards you!

Wow, I’m so incredibly proud of Katie with this circus journey she’s been on. It looks like her heart SOARS in the circus and I’m so happy she’s found something at college that fulfills her in every way. It takes me back to when she was younger ( still in gymnastics ) and took the trip to the trapeze place where she learned how to fly on the bar. It’s so inspiring to see her do something so unique and incredibly challenging and ultimately I’m just thrilled for her and hope she can continue this in some aspect after college. You can tell that’s her environment 🩵

Jill, REALLY IMPORTANT! Do not allow oil of oregano to reach the tummy. You can only put a small amount under the tongue. I heard you got food poisoning some time after putting the oil on you salad. Reason is that the oil hit the tummy and knocked out the good bacteria allowing for a bad bacteria to get in and take over. Probably from eating out etc but would not have made an impact if you didn't swallow the oil. If it ever happens again (accidentally), find a good probiotic to fix the balance. BTW the same thing happened to me with way too much garlic.
