I like the second one. Pretty functional, though I don't understand why there's a window into the shower area. I also don't see the need for the loft in the bedroom area, other than maybe storage. Maybe it's my American mind. 🙂 Otherwise, I think both floors offer a lot of space which is good. Keep up the good work on the videos. 🙂

1部屋目の水回りはパスですね。2部屋目は洗面台を小さくしてトイレの向きを45度変えてくれたら脱衣スペーススッキリするのに。あとエアコンの位置が2台とも微妙、半分は階段に流れちゃうんじゃない？

2件目は冷蔵庫を運び込むのにかなり苦労しそう。壁とか階段に傷つけそう。

一件目の物件、よほど人が来ないのか何度も周回紹介されてるな😅 やはりあれだけ狭いと無理と判断されるのだろうか 物干しワイヤーも幅が狭いし、エアコンをつけない時期だとあそこじゃ乾かないだろうし 生活動線が～って言うにはそもそも部屋が狭小なのにっていう😂

Hmm... Two things in the first apartment i don't like..is warderobe is tooo close the kitchen..imagine how all smell from food stuck into yours clothes and going outside..everybody know what type of food you have cooking..😬 and second thing is that window-/door close loftbed..feel soo weird and uncomfy, they should change that too 2 real window..
