Both apartments have the toilet and bathroom in the same space. Like many people, I find that feature to be undesirable. If you live by yourself, it's okay, but if you live with another person, having the toilet and the bathroom in the same space can cause inconvenience. Both apartments are spacious. Personally, I find the first apartment to be more attractive. Perhaps because of its age - it is a 37-year-old apartment, there is a certain degree of the charm from a bygone era that still lingers. The Shoji door with wooden frames not only separates the bedroom from the living area, but also retains the classic elegance of Japanese culture. The first apartment possesses a serene charm that the newly built second apartment lacks. I don't know what Japanese people think, but I find Japanese Shoji doors to be an appealing and elegant element in interior design. Thanks for sharing!
yeah! Shinjuku! I could live in either of these two very comfortably. The renovated property is very spacious, but I was particularly interested in the new built apartment (although I do wish it had a small balcony or outdoor terrace space). Rental prices seem good for the area. I've asked you before on different apartments, but what would the sale price be of the new place like this or very similar in the Shinjuku area to buy this apartment or condo? Thank you! I love your content - it gets me dreaming of being able to move to Tokyo! I will be there again in September for a month and maybe I will be able to look at some apartments at that time.

Shinjuku is an expensive area, and I think the market price will be around 50-100 million.
