I have come back to look at these apartments again. I think both of them have become my favorites of all the ones I have seen on your channel so far.. They both just really work for me. I agree - the 2nd apartment is nice - but also expensive. Great kitchen space and wet area. For my money I really like the 1st apartment. I would have liked to see a small balcony and a window in the bath area, but it totally works. The storage stairs to the loft were perfect, and the loft space is one of the best I have seen. Don't know anything about the area - maybe that's why the price is lower. Marc - from Georgia USA
