65k pesos seems crazy expensive in Philippines especially for a tiny condo. How can any Filipinos afford this if most people working there average 15000-30000 PHP per month salary? Foreigners are really over paying for what is called luxury!!! I guess the target audience is business people living in large cities who are used to living in tiny condos they paid millions for! It definitely has to come with Rowena to be worth that Price!! LOL. Is there anywhere safe in Cebu area where they have larger houses for rent like 3 bedroom plus a room for a helper or whatever you call them there? Something that is not insane expensive?

And that depend where you live if you live away from the city less people speak English and if you live with the city more people speak English for me I wanna live the best possible luxury life at the lower cost with world class food and healthcare. I can’t the same about the Philippines except it’s is a English speaking country with good caring people. I love the Philippines I’ve already visit the Philippines 4 times but you get more for money living in Thailand.

This condo is perfect except for the price per month. I understand hotels are more expensive but I don't need to sign a 1 year lease agreement at a hotel either. With the condo market overstocked right now, the price would need to come down more.

Guys the place doesn’t come with the ladies. It does have a lot of nice furnishings but at 65,000 you are paying for it. Save it for your travel. What happens if you meet a lady that lives 3 or 4 hours away and you’re locked into a 1 year lease. Take your time and wait and see if you want a $1,100 lease.
