Dev (Akshaye Khanna), a police officer, is investigating a double murder case that has only two witnesses, who are also the prime suspects. The suspects - Vikram (Sidharth Malhotra), an acclaimed writer, and Maya (Sonakshi Sinha), a young homemaker, have different narratives about the events of that fateful night. Both the stories seem true but there can be only one truth. Dev is torn between the two versions of the story, and will not settle till he finds out what happened that night.
The film releases in cinemas on 3rd November, 2017.

The fact that the top comments with the highest number of likes are all about Akshaye Khanna, somewhat restores my faith in Bollywood audience. Ittefaq(the old one) is one of my favourite movies. I was worried when I heard Sid and Sona are replacing the cast. But when I saw Akshaye Khanna, I was like "okay, the movie is in good hands" (castwise). Sid's acting isn't the greatest but he looks promising here. Although Sona doesn't impress a bit. I feel like Namrat Kaur would've been best for this role.

John Cena Sonakshi is one of the most underrated actress just because she refused to loose her weight. Akira was an emotional roller coaster with amazing acting and action but it got flopped. Audience just want love stories and scenes. Lootera was also very good. Just because she's fat and she's flop doesn't mean people will criticise her everywhere.
