I've never gotten a boob job so I'm no expert... but I did Google it and it says you should avoid physical contact with breasts for 6 weeks after an implant, which is all he had to tell her.

It's extremely painful! They can't even raise their arms for a long time. They need help getting dressed and taking a shower. That last part is what would be a hard no from me in this situation.
