@paul pole about that but imagine already by accepting that uko addicted your on the right track and I can tell you for a fact that God will rescue you Pray also alot na uambie God akutoe kwa hio shimo ya pombe na God atakutoa, talking out of experience I was once an addict na hio mambo ya tumbo tu ndio ilifanya nipunguze pombe kabisa I used to have very bad terrible stomach issues as in getting sick nika ambia God aai apana mi sitaki hii maisha ya pombe mingi then🎉 nagonjeka karibu wiki hadi naenda hosi na madawa chemist and I can tell you that Mungu anilitoa apo kwa addiction I can stay for weeks, months without pombe na iko kwa nyumba but ata Tamaa sina kabisa kabisa and before I could drink daily daily.

​@anthonyngatia3706 pole me too kwanza hio kugonjeka is the worst part I thank God I now wake up fresh and feeling very nice my body feels wao and before nilikua ni tumbo ku umwa na kutapika, kichwa, so many things. I do have a drink but after a very long time compared to before whereby it was on daily basis , infact my friends still don't believe I reduced drinking from 100% to 5% they keep asking how I did it coz kuna wale wameshindwa kuacha or rather kupunguza
