isnt the jailbreak semi tethered so when u restart it, it will have no jailbreak tweaks on it until you reboot the jailbreak software

I'm on iPhone 6 with 9.3.3 and after jail breaking my phone would always randomly reboot and force me to rejailbreak every time.
