52:46 , if you really wanna stretch it a bit: there are 6 units in the game counting the Virtual Singers. If you count the Virtual singers as unit 1, then unit 4 would be VBS, and unit 5 would be WxS, the units of your fav characters. So if you wanna stretch it a bit, the 45 could be the unit numbers of your favorite characters, and then the rest is their bdays. Sorry I just thought about this for way too long lol

After back to back t100 Power of Unity and then t50 Wishing to the Blue Sky for Your Happiness, I genuinely had to take a month break from the game. When the event ended and I knew I had gotten t50- even after all the disbands, running, and having to find a cafe to play in because my internet was horrible(s/o my local cafe for letting me stay super late several days and giving me snacks, love them so much ;;)... I felt nothing. I couldn't even feel happy about it because of how numb and burnt out I was. I think I have so many good memories from tiering, even though I cannot really suggest doing this. You meet so many people with the same goal as you, make friends and room with them for hours on end, and at the end you get to see them on the leader board sometimes and say: "That's oomf! They made tier!!" But I laughed because of the LLSIF tiering mention, I used to tier there too RIP... If anything, LLSIF prepared me for one thing. Playing Envy on repeat for days on end. Jeez I remember how hard this event was with this 89 curse, BUT DESPITE EVERY STRUGGLE YOU DID IT AND *WE ARE VERY PROUD OF YOUUU!!!!* I've actually heard that for cheerful carnivals events, there is a tactic of choosing the team that is predicted to lose to speed up match-making. It was used by T1 our escape for survival (as they stated), but even with it, I don't think it would have been easier in cgo 😭😭 Oh, by the waaay, are you planning to tier so seriously in the future? i got t52 samsa event as a f2p. my goal had been t100 initially, and i then switched it to t50 - which would have easily been possible if I hadn't made two big mistakes. If there's any advice I can give for tiering, it's one thing - do NOT underestimate start and end dash. I was playing at the beginning of the event but I wasn't actively using a lot of energy - I was on 5x rather than 7x, or maybe even 10x like I should have been. This made it so that I had to play a lot of catch-up throughout the entirety of the event. And even with that I didn't keep t50. The reason being because, hours before the event's end, I had fallen under t50 once again, and the people above me were actively earning points at a pace I could not overcome, even on 10x envy. you should absolutely try and balance out your energy usage so you're not broke by the end of event, but don't overdo it. especially if you're like me and had 170k crystals to spare. 😶

I ended top 9 on one event in D4DJ last year and even though competition there is a fraction of prosekai's, it took me a couple of sleepless nights and numerous mindless plays of Cat's Eye and Love and Devil (the two "meta" songs there). The autoplay being unlimited helped a bit, literally a bit. Seeing how vastly popular prosekai is, however, I accepted that doing the same thing here as I did there will not be as rewarding, nor as worth making my health worse.

glad to finally see this video! i know that it's been a year in the making. cgo's anniversary also has me feeling nostalgic myself. i'd been playing the game for barely 3 days at that point when i decided to tier on a whim. i knew i was crazy when a typhoon, losing internet during start dash, and the magical disband glitch could all do nothing to curb my enthusiasm for the funny tap tap vocaloid game. this clusterfuck of an event (i say this with deep affection) was the best introduction to pjsk i could've asked for, because it created just the right conditions for hilarity amongst the exhausted tierers and fillers. i was even able to play a few rounds with joltie after joining her manager randomly in a discord channel. tiering cgo felt like the pjsk EN's community, something i'd once only watched from afar, materializing in front of my very eyes and welcoming me into it with open arms. i've tiered and filled a few more times since but i guess baby's first event will always be special. congrats on your t50, joltie! love from someone who made it to t30 ♡

Hello, free to play teirer here. What Jo said is all completely true. But im here to talk about f2p tiering too. Under NO circumstance should you tier as a f2p if you can NOT even full combo a singular song on master. This is a big mistake. If you can full combo a sing on master, you havent takes in certain aspects of the game. Project sekai is conpetitive. VERY. And bless us EN players for not being in JP, But PLEASE, Do not make the same mistake i did. (what i just mentioned) becaus3 then you will realize that there isnt anything left of your soul and stary a new account. However. Later on, when i could FC songs (multiple) on master, i gained a whopping top 50 title in NO SEEK NO FIND. Time matters. Money maters. Thinking matters, fellow f2p's. Staying up late for the final day is a necessity, personally ive always been using my crystals. I always go for rule when teiring once the event gacha releases 1 hour before start time. "Never go below 6k crystals." NEVER. Never EVER. Its a death wish if you do. But for late f2p gamers like me who have done everything in their willpower to gain ALL crystals possible, (256k) just stop once you get the featured characters. STAWP. And invest in maxed out 3 stars for the other 2 slots available. #leoneedfansexist

hiii, After watching your video I got motivated to try to reach my first top. It was an unforgettable experience. I started playing on November 1st when the event started on October 31st. Initially my goal was top 10,000, since I participate in the event for the first time. But already on the 3-4th day I was in 900th place, so I continued to hold on to this place. On the 3rd day of the game I ran out of all ways to replenish energy except crystals... It was hard to say goodbye to the hard-earned crystals... From day 3 onwards it felt like a routine. I would finish the game when I reached the top 900 and wake up the next morning at 1.100 or slightly higher. at the end of the eighth day of the event, I was in ~800th place, but in the morning I saw that I had been moved to 1,100 and the number continued to grow. After interrupting the game to drink coffee, I stopped at 1070,5 minutes later I came back and saw the number 1087, everything would be fine, but in an hour of playing I could only rise 2 places higher ☠️ I didn't expect the event to end early and didn't manage to reach the top 1000, but I'm not so upset, because I'm playing something like this for the first time, and 1074 also makes me very happy. in the end i got top 1074 with 12.589.648p and i am very happy 🎉🎉🎉 For some people this may not be a great achievement, but for me it means a lot🙏🏼

I just want to say, looking at the huge amount of event points the T1-10 people had compared to my own placement during every single event (considering I'm not really that much of a seasoned player) led me to make the wisest choice of my life: only tier for events and/or sets that absolutely changed your life, and *never* tier for anything above 10k. That's how I ended up at 10k for a total of three events so far, which fills up the three slots in my profile, so I'd say enough is enough: Inmiscible Discord, The Phoenix in the Distant Sky and Light Up The Fire. Even playing as much as I did during that time, which comparatively wasn't much, ended up with my family very concerned about my health and sometimes even threatening to take my phone away so I could do other things. Which I get, because I must've not looked okay during that time and I had college classes to attend, not to mention that Inmiscible Discord and The Phoenix In The Distant Sky directly follow one another and Light Up The Fire wasn't that far away from them either. So I had little to no time to recover from tiering, and it wasn't even any *serious* type of tiering. So I can only imagine how hard it was for you, Jo. All this to say, I'm taking your advice to heart and not tiering, just conforming myself with pretty aesthetic memorial titles and attempting to get cards from my fav sets :]

i tried to participate in this event too, i'm a little shy to ask for help so i did it solo, got t500 and even that was a nightmare (gave up trying to go higher at day 3) i remember all the bugs, lags and server maintenance it was a MESS and it also gave me burn out feeling, after tiering i didn't play the game for almost two months, it felt like event is going and going and will never EVER ends god lord idk how people survive at the very top yall amazing!! the stress is unbearable CONGRATS AT T50!! (once i also played against you Jo even tho we were in one team garbage hehe that was cool)

Good luck! I was planning to tier on that event but I decided to just pull for the an and Kohane since I’m tiering tier on relax teatime(t500/1000)and Mafuyu chapter(t100) instead since color fes Kanade is coming.

1:01:40 Ah yes... The typical Asian mom response But honestly, I can relate somewhat cause it took me hell to achieve T5k during the "Beyond the dream of that day" event. I woke up late at night to tier at most times and thankfully achieved my goal. But I'm taking a LONG break from tiering probably until Haruka4 next year on EN 🤧 Congratulations tho! ✨

i tiered the kitty event (we escape for survive), and got t65 and MAN was it draining. i'm still going to keep tiering though, for me it's very rewarding. my next tier is going to be t100 on the mizuki world link!! :)
@dusttalebrainrot3 ай бұрын
important things for tiering is making sure you're free during the time period you'll be tiering. make sure to plan out what hours you'll be playing, and remember to drink lots of water and have snacks near you at all times. it's better to tier in scheduled rooms with designated fillers to maximize your EP boost as well.

Congrats on your T65! also it’s okay if you don’t remember but do you know how much bonus energy you used on that event? I’m planning to tier for a T40 and want to make sure I have enough!
