I waited over 20 years to see this band live. Chris Cornell is my most favorite singer ever. He was gone before I was even out of Detroit that night. I went from the highest high of seeing these gentlemen not 30ft. from me, to the lowest low knowing that the world was now deprived of this voice. Rest easy, Chris, you are so very missed. No one sings like you anymore.

For me „bad motorfinger“ is the greatest soundgarden album and it’s a pitty that it’s so unpopular! So thanks so much for reacting to that underestimated album of the 90ies! Yay you did Soundgarden! Check out videos for Black Hole Sun, Spoonman and Blow up the Outside World. Also their earlier videos for Rusty Cage and the MTV banned video for Jesus Christ Pose. Also singer Chris Cornell did solo work after huge success with Audioslave and also the album Temple of the Dog with the future members of Pearl Jam. There’s a lot to hear in this Soundgarden vein. Excellent choice!

Chris sounds the best on their song Beyond The Wheel (song 8 of 8 from Germany show). Unbelievable range! It's from 1990. I SWEAR he kills it. It's very early in his career.Anybody on this thread that hasn't heard it should check it out. His high notes aren't even falsetto. He's JUST THAT STRONG!
