1st verse is Melvin Edmonds. RIP my brother. 2nd verse is Kevon Edmonds Yes indeed they are Kenneth 'Babyface' Edmonds brothers. Babyface wrote and produced this song, and most of After 7's songs, with his partner L.A. Reid. This is my favorite r&b group of all time. Shout out to 3rd member Keith Mitchell as well. A super talented dude in his own right. I wish they had let his voice shine more on their records. Ready or Not is one of the group's signature songs. It reached #1 on the R&B chart in 1990. That debut album was stellar.
