Not all idols use lip sync or pre-recorded, groups like nmixx sing completely live, many companies use and abuse lip sync which is not so recommended, since the idol is not singing but lip syncing and it ends up that the idol is not explore their potential and when they actually have to sing live at festivals like Coachella they won't be able to do it and will go out of tune, the pre-recorded is more used if I'm not mistaken to wear out the idol's voice so much, the idol will be singing live , but in moments like a high note when the idol's voice is more worn out from dancing and singing at the same time, so in order not to harm the idol's voice they use the pre-recorded.​@@wizardryteacher_

The camera switches means they're using the main audio mix feed from the performer mics and maybe some overhead stage mics with the backing track as the show director is switching between camera feeds and can't have the audio perspective flip around. The "fan cams" are from cameras stationed at the back of the studio, so if they use the dedicated camera audio it's behind/closer to the crowd.
