I love itzy ritzy and own multiple bags from them but I personally took one look at this tote and knew I did NOT want to purchase. I think the handles will be super uncomfortable especially if the bag is full and I thought the interior looked cheap and unfinished. I was soo excited when they announced they were coming out with this tote because I’ve been looking for one for awhile but I had to pass. Thanks for your review!
