​@@mazhar-4465 hi, I just did the inquiry and asked this question also.. they told me that it's possible as long as there's spot open when we register for the graduation as they have limited spot. But most likely I think online students will graduate online.

@@Edbwalz when I talked to my study advisor he said to do that apart from coming to the graduation to come complete the rest education if I want I have to complete 50percent of my course then I’ll be eligible to come and before I do that I should inform him 3 month before that so that they can help prepare the visas

Yes, you'll get admission without any ielts band score. You just need to take a complimentary English course offered by IU international University itself. But if your senior secondary or high school is taught in English, then there is no requirement of ielts. You should reach out to study advisor to get more clarity.
