Not true. Thousands of people live downtown and they are constantly adding more housing to the area. Do you think these folks want to travel miles away from their homes for medical treatment if they don't have to?

@@chrisoneill4211 Might not have been a "penthouse" but Methodist has had area for the wealthy. Ruth Lilly was a patient there for some time actually.
