It's so sad. I've watched it about 10 times and have cried each time. It's so sad but It's one of the best videos I've ever seen. A 5 minute video, that breaks me.

I love it so much! This mv it’s really a masterpiece! Their acting with IU’s voice was spot on and so emotional. I cried too, impossible not to. IT WAS SO SAD AND SO BEAUTIFUL!!

IU's voice sounds majestic and their acting felt so real. Glad that IU asked Tae to shoot the MV with her. Both of them are well respected in South Korea for being true to their craft and their kind personalities. These two were given National Titles by the Korean Media and netizens. IU "Nation's Sweetheart" and Tae "Nation's Treasure". Can't wait to see them acting together in a series. Thank you for reacting to IU's song.

I am crying with others here. Masterpiece. Beautiful message. Beautiful story, it was not a just a beautiful song. IU and V are imperfect people according to the world. But through another lens, they see each other as perfect. In the real world, they may not have much, but they love each other and commit to each other by getting married. But the world intrudes on them and gets rid of their love, because their love should not be. It gets rid of them. We see that the world has done that before to others love that was deemed not worthy. Their stories is like other love that has come before theirs, disintegrated because they were perceived as imperfect by the world. The real world is broken.

Enjoy react with you so much. IU took care of V like an elder sister, so protective of him. Always hold his hand and went into an unknown place first. V’s behaviors are innocent and playful just sooo ‘childishly cute’. Even in the ‘wedding’ part, V’s facial expressions are just like a little boy. I think that’s why at the end when the ‘cube’ came to them, IU did not hesitate to stand in front of V and determined to fight. V probably tried to protect IU the first time. we could see how scared he was but still pull out all his strength and attack the ‘cube’. When they both realized there was no way to survive, IU came up with that V was ‘little’ and must be terrified, then she covered V’s one good eye with her hand gently to ease him. Such a sad, yet beautiful MV. Thank VIU.❤❤❤

I've been wondering had he had experience with a cube before but got away at the last minute. His face has scars as if burned from the same side that he is blind in that eye. Also him being partially blind it just seemed natural she would go first into places since she would be able to see the full surroundings at once where he can't. I also must say I love that they didn't have the male be in the typical take care of everything role. I love seeing a strong woman who will fight to protect her man and also a man who is not afraid to show vulnerability and will allow a woman to protect/comfort him. 💜

Yes, I’m with you and a dozen and one, other Reactors I watched this MV with. And like those others, just couldn’t help ship them together. Their Chemistry was everything you want in Drama, even better this MV. I want to see TaeTae in a drama on his return. But are great Actors too. I cried everytime.

They are amazing artists! IU is a solo Korean singer and Taehyung is a part of the k pop group BTS. I'm so glad it still touched you even without knowing who they are 💜💜💜

It's a masterpiece, but the tear that falls from his good eye and her sigh finished me...😢 Another coincidence: If there was an alien invasion (it's considered terrorist) guess who was in the Special Forces and would need to try to stop them?😦😦😦 Here's a message for men with their wars and the creators of "Cubes", we are people, we deserve to live, to be happy with those we love... your wars not only kill people but destroy entire dreams... they could be yours... .😭😭😭

Such a beautiful and emotional video featuring amazing acting and vocals. I really do hope that Tae & IU do other projects together both film and music as they have great chemistry and when he was on her show their voices also blended so well. Also at the end it was pointed out by someone that he can hear what is coming but she can't while she can see what is coming but she covers his good eye so he can't. Both cry at the same moment though and from the same left eye. I also noticed the cube waits for them to stop fighting and accept their fate. If you notice there are no other people so obviously no person is able to meet the criteria this cube holds that would allow someone to survive. I can't get enough of this MV, the acting is Oscar level and combined with the award worthy vocals and lyrics it's both heartbreaking but also heartwarming that at least they went together.

Focusing on the MV alone, we get to glimpse for a brief moment the life, happiness & love in the 11th hour of just 2 survivors, out of billions of survivors, in an apocalyptic setting, before they too meet their end & become just like the rest of the nameless & forgotten victims who have also lost their clothes on that pile. For BTS fans, that pile of clothes is a throwback to the Spring Day MV, of which that pile itself comes from the work of artist Boltanski. As far as the storyline, imagery & universe in this MV, it reminds me of some dystopic sci-fi movies such as Oblivion, War of the Worlds, Edge of Tomorrow & Terminator, where the threat & annihilation comes either as extraterrestrial, or of our own doing, such as artificial intelligence that has finally awoke. Who knows, this MV itself could even inadvertently be just one more prophetic warning of things to come, heh.

I have watched the mv numerous times. I have watched so many reactions. It doesn't get any easier, and I don't think it ever will. Everything is so beautifully done, but what's behind it is so ugly. Hatred and discrimination are everywhere. The mv touches the deepest of your soul. Cry away. Let's bring back love and let it prevail.
