The guys voice is DPR IAN who is a story teller, producer, director, great actor, and an artist. He directed IU shopper bc IU wanted him to direct her new song. DPR IAN always has a story to tell in his music and it starts from his debut album Moodswings In This Order (MITO). MITO is not only an acronym but one of his alter ego names and currently he has 3 alter egos (MITO, Mr. Insanity, and Hybrid). His music are a bop and you should defo do a deep dive of DPR IAN

the tweety thing is because IU uses tweety bird as her instagram profile picture for such a long time that her fans identified her to the tweety bird. for this album she even release a tweety edition!
