lilyy yes, it's common in k-pop industry but also bcoz IU is a workaholic and perfectionist. She often works long hours to perfect her craft and during preparation for her concert that could last for more than 4 hours. She actually love food but could go on strict diet whenever she wanted to, and she has insomnia for some times though she said it's getting better now. Luckily she has a loyal team that support her and has been with her for a long time. They take care of her but she just love her work too much...
