This makes me realize no matter how many things I know about BTS, there is still something new that I didn't know about them and this interview prove it. And it is such a deep and personal connection that I feel between the two maybe because IU is an artist and able to understand JHope's position and the meaning behind his lyrics more than us as fans especially when they talk about safety zone. yessss! IU is my fav soloist. she has A LOT of great songs. in her recent album, theres a song called "my sea" a very emotional song. hold my hand, knees, raindrop, through the night, love poem. sheeesh the list will definitely go on and on if i dont stop ahahhah u guys should check her out! + fun random fact; IU concerts are hella long. she usually have loooong encore. the concerts did go for 5 hours plus minus. idk the longest concert she did but i know shes done 5 hours i think ahahha im genuinely amazed with this woman. also at the end of her every video, she always put the short clip of missing children. +another! the song that they sang is a remake from and old song. if im not mistaken, that particular album is filled with only remake songs. correct me is im wrong.

IU is a multi-talented queen! Aside from being a legendary singer, she is also a really great actress. She is actually my favorite Korean actress so I'm recommending some of her works just in case you want to get into some Korean movies/dramas: My Mister, Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart and Hotel Del Luna. IU is both an amazing singer and actress. She starred in a lot of k-dramas like Dream High, Hotel De Luna, Scarlet Heart etc. She's very very popular and loved in Korea, she's one of the most successful solo singer out there and her song is always on top of the charts. She started her career way back (idk what year). All her songs are good but "Blueming" and "Pallette" are my favorite. And she's very kind and sweet too. :)

IU is just one of the most successful artists in Korea, maybe even bigger than BTS (in Korea) as her popularity spreads from children to elders. That could be what he meant by "self-control", she is very loved by the public. The funny thing there is that she failed JYP audition and to this day JYP regrets letting her go.

I first listened to IU before I knew BTS. I was so into kdrama before and had no idea about BTS. After watching her series Hotel del Luna and Scarlet Heart, I was intrigued about her and that's when I knew she was a singer. My fave song(s) (QOTD) of her are Hold My Hand (it's an OST of a kdrama I haven't watched; and her live performance on this during her concert was so good, you can check it out on her channel), Bleuming, and Lost child (which I believe Jungkook sang on one of his auditions), and (of course) Eight with prod SUGA!!! So my introduction to BTS was actually IU after I saw fanmade clips of lil Jungkook having a crush on her..haha...which in turn led me to 7 more guys I would never thought I'd fall insanely deeply in love with... Then I lost track on her latest songs since I was so into BTS now and I forgot about my fondness about her..lol. That's why I was sooooo emotional when I was notified of her interview with JHOPE (my bias after Jimin. LoL) that day when it was released....You can't imagine how many times I watched this interview and I still find myself crying while giggling. LoL Thank you very much for this familia! 💜

My favorite song is Palette but I love that her whole discography is like journals of how she felt at that age and you can hear in her songs as she has grown up and feels more confident. She may seem like a shy ballad singer but she has made duets with so many artists of different genres. She also turns into a whole different person when acting, favorite IU drama is Hotel de Luna. She is not afraid to talk back to haters in her songs like Bbibbi and she will not take the online attacks her agency sues them for them for their malicious comments. She has been in the spotlight for so long she has a lot of experience, she debuted at age 15 and was a teen sensation.

It's impressive how even if armys know a lot of things, we learn much more every day about their personalities and thoughts.
