My boyfriend and I broke up a couple days ago, and ever since I've been putting this song on repeat. I loved him for so long, liked him ever since my freshman year of high school and finally confessed during my senior year. Everything hurts so much, he told me he never felt the same way, if so then why did he date me? kiss me? told me he loved me? whispered me those sweet nothings? held me? why? were they all lies? This song made me cry and think of my life story. I guess I don't have friends because they say they are for me for when I feel sad or whatever but when I reach out for help nobody answers. I keep counting on God but as a teenager it is very hard for me to have no friends. I feel so bad when I see other girls that have their father and their father gives a lot of love to them or they go shopping or something but I don't feel like my dad is like that with me. I love very much my father but he isn't like a paternal figuer I could use like rolemodel because a years ago he hit my mom. They're still together and don't fight but it still hurts me. I've had this problem of seeking for "love" or wanting to feel loved because my father doesn't give me much attention. I feel very depressed these last years and now I'm really on my lowest point because I think I wasted a lot of time meeting fake friends and people who don't really care about me.
