Holyshit, now that was a fast paced power struggle, that interviewer is clearly offended by her pressence and lashed out. in my drive by several years observation of ivanka as a public figure, she has always presented as poised, articulate & her particular command & flow of the English language is mesmerizing. however, in the last week or so, I'm seeing the cracks. there are a few stumbles & defensive replies. also the way she tends to go on & on is suddenly awkward & a bit suspect. yet, its ok. she's only human. she's almost being cornered regarding her fathers actions. what I wouldn't enjoy resulting from all of this is her brand declining bc of her association with her father (whom I used to enjoy). unfortunately he so boldly says something one day in front of an interviewr & the next day during a rally in front of his constituents denies it. that's uncomfortable as a viewer to say the least. as a voter its unacceptable. Ivanka is right to both publicly & privately stick with her father since she describes them as having a good relationship but unfortunately its having an affect on who she's presented herself to be over the years.

This family is repulsive. Ivanka is offended at being asked questions and obviously lives in total denial about who her father is. All those kids are trained to think the father is a genius and they all seem to think that he, and they, actually achieved success because they're talented, and not because of the millions and millions of dollars they are all given constantly. Do they think anybody believes the description of the father as a wonderful parent who raised the children, blah blah. They think they get to control other people's perceptions of the whole family, like we're not going to see how they act and hear what they say. They are always whining and fishing for compliments.
