You're making stuff up from an edit of the scene. Floki wasn't looking over because Bjorn was "making fun" of Ivar. In the entire scene he'd been looking over because they (the sons of Ragnar) were arguing and not focusing on the task at hand. It had nothing to with Floki thinking Bjorn specifically shouldn't mess with Ivar. Or that Floki was angry with Bjorn for doing so. Bjorn has always shown Ivar respect on the show but in that scene Ivar was elevating himself by trying to put all the other brothers down, so Bjorn said something which is nothing more than a joke. It really wasn't a big deal. Bjorn and Ivar fight because of association with other people, Ivar has to fight Lagertha for Aslaug and Bjorn has to fight for Lagertha so they are enemies but I don't see it as by choice for either of them.

They put a lot of work into developing Ivar's unique fighting style, and I like him because he is such a refreshing change from the way differently abled people are usually represented on television and in movies. Love and lust are not in his nature, but only Ivar can be Ivar! Skoal!
