A few years ago my friend Paul removed the shaft bearing and replaced due to an oil leak and I completely forgot I filmed it, I apologize in advance for the bad jokes that ensued that day!

Hello! Thanks for your videos! What wrenches and ratchet head sizes do you recommend as a gift to the owner Iveco Daily (van)? And what size wrench duplicate? Thank you!

Hi thanks for your comment I don't know the specific sizes as my friend carried out the work but there is a Facebook group for iveco campervan builds and I'll post the link so you can join as there are some clever chaps on there who could help Regards James facebook.com/groups/193215174424343/

Why have you changed it? I have a humming noise in the rear axle when I accelerate. Could it be the bearing? Thank you very much, your videos are very helpful

Hi, it was a seal that had started to leak and as we put in new seal we put in new bearing too just to be on the safe side, is it a humming or whining (meaning is higher pitched and happens at say 50mph onwards?) if so it could be crown bearing (I think that's the name) which could break or it will last the lifetime of the van but continue making the noise, regards James

It looks like an ambulance, starting in 3rd gear is when it is most noticeable. I have changed the valve, checked the group, balanced the transmission and it continues to do so. I only have to change the wheel bearings that are rusty. Thank you very much for answering. Greetings 👋

Was there a shaft seal too or just the seal on he bearing? Thanks

I only saw one seal being fitted at the time which I think was for the shaft.

Gi mate can I ask what year this van was please. I have a 2001 but looks as if the sale sits above the springs where as on yours it sits below. Or am I just being completely stupid lol
