IVF failure reasons in hindi
IVF में husband के sperm और wife के eggs को कोई भी तकनीक द्वारा दोनों को मिलाया जाता है और जिसके बाद embryo तैयार हो जाता है। IVF में दो प्रकार के भ्रूण (Embryos) विकसित होते हैं, पहला Day 3 embryos जो 8 cells से बने होते हैं, और दूसरा Blastocyst embryos जिसे Day 5 embryos के रूप में भी जाना जाता है जिसमे तक़रीबन 100 cells होते है। इन दोनों embryos को endometrium के अंदर deposit किया जाता है।
Embryo अच्छा होना यह काफी महत्वपूर्ण है, कोई भी अच्छे clinic में आपको आपके embryo की फोटो या वीडियो दिखाया जायेगा और उसपर councelling की जाएगी। जब Day 3 का embryo 8 cells का होता है और less than 20% का होता है तो उसे good embryo माना जाता है और उसे TQE (Top Quality Embryo ) कहा जाता है।
वैसे ही अगर blastocyst हो तो उसमे आपको inner cell mass और outercell mass दिखना चाहिए और उस embryo की grading आपको बताई जाती है। 4AA के embryos को अच्छे quality के embryos कहा जाता है।
Top Quality Embryo का IVF success rate 35-45% रहता है। IVF में अच्छे embryos होने के बावजूद IVF fail होना काफी सामान्य है। जिसके कारण 2-3 बार IVF करने की जरुरत पड़ सकती है।
