Omg the section about the dogs. My cats had the same thing happen where one had a medical emergency and the other wouldnt recognize him. So scary to have that happen on top of the stress over the emergency. Hope everything is better now!

I've donated my eggs twice and honestly it's not as hard/as scary as everyone makes it out to be! (unless you're terrified of needles lol) and the whole experience is actually a really heartwarming thing ❤ (unless like me you get OHSS after egg retrieval cause lemme tell you.. that sucks)

Are you staying on your Lexapro throughout pregnancy? Asking because I’m planning to probably stay on my antidepressant but of course still feel uneasy with it lol. I want to prioritize my mental health vs being stressed/anxious but I still have uncertainties I’m considering and would love some advice ❤

I have been doing a lot of research on this and haven't fully decided yet. I am mainly on it for PMDD which shouldn't be happening during pregnancy so I think I am going to try to get off of it. from my research the number one thing is keeping yourself healthy, stress free, and in a good mental space. so if lexpapro is needed then you should keep taking it. I am going to keep discussing it with my doctors and figure out the best plan for us.

So sorry to hear about Riggy pup, random, but I think we're sorta from a similar neck of the woods, you should look into Modern Animal, there's one pretty local. It's an annual subscription and you get unlimited consultation's *free of charge*. They also have 24/7 emergency vets on standby that you can text or talk with, we had to do this at 1am on New Year's Day. They're amazing! Also, congrats on your IVF journey, over the moon for y'all!

that is who we use! we love them! we went to one location first and that is who didn't have a doctor available and the next location didn't have the anti venom they thought we might need. they're amazing but sometimes an emergency vet is needed so I would make sure you have a good one near by you that you trust just in case!! we went to True Care in Studio City and they were wonderful!

Another advanced care clinic that was enormously helpful for us was VCA Animal Specialty & Emergency Center in Los Angeles, which is open 24 hours.
