Snayhill’s TBBT Sheldon Cooper quote was quite appropriate for this ep, so I can’t resist. In the Big Bang Theory quote, Sheldon is actually referencing ST II Wrath of Khan and quoting the character of Khan from that movie, who wanted revenge for 2 decades on the main character. Khan himself in the movie is a fan of the book Moby Dick and keeps quoting Captain Arab, the OP ‘obsessed with revenge’ character. Both stories are about the obsessive need for revenge and how it destroys the revenge seeker.

Table no 21 is great. Didnt like Abbas and Silvery billitling the film. Also squid game is itself copied from a Japanese anime Kaiji which is atleat 1000x better than it in Drama and thrill. Its games are also very well made.

Anjam movie climax's srk death was so satisfying for me & best revenge by Madhuri , I hated srk character so much through out the movie (and I've only watched that movie once only because I LOVE SRK and I have no heart to watch that again and curse him ) 🥲 You can do "Anjam " has it aged well too ? And Table no. 21 is great movie !

Zinda is a badly watered down ripoff of Oldboy. It’s literally a completely different movie. It’s quite possible to be completely shocked/surprised by Oldboy even having seen Zinda. Ghajini is OP but misses the main point of Memento - the guy with short term memory never gets the satisfaction of remembering taking his revenge. He can’t move past it.

The Mission Kashmir plot explanation was mangled. Tbf it is a fairly old film. The revenge angle in Mission Kashmir went a bit deeper in line with the movie’s theme, which was about the futility of revenge.

These guys have no knowledge. Most of movies are not seen by them and talking some random shit just to sound cool. They forgot best revenge film Agneepath 2012 which had terrific performances, layers and subplots. They have not seen Badlapur which is like the peak. Difference between dumbness and coolness has a thin line my friend
