This technique came from several unspoken black female faces from the United States. I've been in the hair game for 30 years and their techniques I'm very familiar with. Their faces are often not spoken of or stitched but their techniques haveof gone viral. Many other nationalities including African vloggers now have platforms and product deals as a result of these women's techniques. I just want to say I thank God for these American women and the techniques being shared all over for the rest of the world to take advantage of.

And thank GOD for the various African women that created braiding and cornrow techniques in the first place, which laid the foundation for anyone to conceive of crochet braids. Oh. And thank God for the African women that creatively used synthetic hair to braid into our natural hair, or even better, incorporating hair in crochet-like styles with other tools before someone thought of a crochet needle. The list goes on. I love us and our creativity!!!

My hairline was like this in January. Blue magic grease, Chebe oil (for 30 days) and JBCO gave it stubble in 3 months, but now it's almost all the way filled in. I'm afraid to try anything else to make it grow faster, but so far so good.
