As mentioned my more hardcore, interactive and lifeskills-focused workshops are available now: ivorcumminsworkshops.com/ (note I'll do sessions as required to cover different timezones, and share full recordings to help in that too!)

As an HR professional, I've been applying several psychometric tests over the years. I've never applied this one but I have recently been looking for psychometric analysis to help leaders. I think this is it. Compared to big five aspect and predictive index, this is a clear winner. MBTI has been helpful too for helping new hires get acquainted.

Even though i beleive in cbt and self empowerment in this God forsaken world, I always struggled with the delivery from people tied to the system. knowing what you are about makes me excited and optimistic about this series and its application. Also like the link to the Stoics

Thx Neil and agreed - I am hardcore and I hate the academic wafflers who have not LIVED this science in a profound way

Basing on self-report survey's can be hit and miss b/c some people have a false self-image and it's strongly held. Have them go through a survey once quickly and automatically, and then a second time slowing asking themselves, "is that really me or just how I think of myself; what am I, really", may improve efficacy.

Can’t believe you promote the BS of CBT very disappointing you just went down 3 points! I thought you were an intelligent man, an analyst!!!

If you think Ivor is unintelligent and that there is absolutely no merit whatsoever anywhere in CBT then you may want to direct your criticism to the mirror.
