How do you set it up so it uses a different greeting when office is open/closed. I have tried using condition/what/if, but it keeps erroring, so i am missing something....

Do the IVR options only appear if you have an LC phone number? I have a customer who is using a Twillio number, and from what I am finding this won't work for that, however, I don't even see the IVR options in my available automation options.

Having trouble getting the incoming caller number to show when it call connects to anyone of the users in the ivr, i am sure this is a setting i am missing, any thoughts?

If you input the cel phone number as the designated call forwarding number then it will call the cell phone

:54 A few days ago I got notice that all toll free #'s would have to be a2p verified by 11/7 or they will stop working. Is that not true?

Yes, that's true. Effective from November 8, all non-A2P compliant toll-free numbers will be blocked from sending SMS.
