I kited one has Prisoner... Idk how i made it but my team won with only me dying being first target and only- Got another wuth nov too thoo a rando die after pop at my place Im still shocked i pulled those kite tbh... I fear her abilities-

The issue is not her hitbox 😭 the issue is that she's extremely broken, frustrating, and overwhelming to play against with no solid counter, with her ability to locate you always, teleport faster than any other hunter, and a stun-like ability

Just don’t look at her and transition kite. She’s a mid tier hunter at absolute best, she has absolutely no chase abilities if you don’t look at her face, you control if she’s good or not.

@connormcateer7125 THIS IS NOT GOOD ADVICE!! Obviously transition kite, that's how you kite half the hunters in this game. The issue is that 90% of the maps SUCK for transition kiting as they're way too open with only a few good kiting areas. Also, you have to look at the hunter in order to kite. It's inevitable. Not to mention her little statue things also raise your meter and she can just spawn those on you.

@@Essayien she can’t spawn the rocks on you. She has to leech you and then one spawns there. And the fact of the matter is most maps are great for transitioning. You don’t know how to do it. Sikey, Schmiddy or Katz007 and Perswayable are all great resources to learn these things from in video form. But to transition is not to just run, you use an item, ability, window or pallet and while the hunter is slowed by those things you move to the next area to kite to, from graveyard to the box thing with one pallet and a window, from that to the pallet next to the dungeon spawn, from there to the back gate kiting area, from there to shack, from shack to church from church to wherever you like. That’s how you kite in general. Doing that will make you a better player.

naiad is also still considered the top hunter in the game by a lot of players - there's only so much stock you can put in the average things said in pvp games

I think people have learned that the easiest way to win is just being a speed demon (sangría) and everything else requires you to actually think, so the average surv mains might think "Oh but Naiad is OP bc I can't loop her", and pretty much any area control hunter. Meanwhile Dream Witch can have almost global cipher control thx to her leeches and Ivy with her stones/TP, but since that requires players to have better game-sense, they think she's not that great. Fast chases and downs are basically the meta thanks to cipher rush, which is weird bc like half the hunters have some form of cipher control but it requires them to be there (unless they're Alva or Clerk)

@@rick30521 the game has a built-in hardcounter to stalling in the form of accelerated decoding, the majority of control-oriented hunters are low tier for a reason and that's a big part of it - opera is the best hunter due to starting out very powerful, having a very high rate of killing before prime and a good shot at overwhelming with pressure towards the end on top of that

Idk why everyone votes ivy in rank now. I can't even get ppl to get out Opera or Dream Witch anymore. It's just always ivy, and I'm like, she is not even that strong anymore 😭

She has a weird hitbox, I have played her but it does makes sense considering she forces survivors to literally go towards her. Making them go towards you as Ivy is a different story tho if you're against good survs but if you manage to get the corruption to 100 you won't need big hitbox.

Should've given Nightmare her abilities lol so he could be a true nightmare. It's sad how the former main character is so weak. I guess Novelist is doing fine after the rework at least but Nightmare is still as weak as ever.
