ADDITIONAL REMINDERS FOR MINORS:
1. Traveling with parent/s
a. Original Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA)-issued birth certificate or report of birth; and
b. If the minor is traveling without the mother, original copy of PSA-issued
marriage certificate;
2. Travels Requiring Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Clearance or Certificate of Exemption
2.1. DSWD Travel Clearance Certificate (TCC), When Required
2.1.1. Passengers traveling with a minor shall present a DSWD TCC under
any of the following circumstances:
a. If the parents are not married and the minor is traveling without the
mother;
b. If the minor is traveling with a person other than his/her parent/s; or
c. If the passenger is over 18 years old but unable to fully take care of
himself/herself or protect himself/herself from abuse, neglect, cruelty,
exploitation or discrimination because of a physical or mental disability
or condition.
2.1.2. Minors thirteen (13) years old and above, who are traveling alone, shall present a DSWD TCC. Minors below thirteen (13) years old are
absolutely prohibited from traveling alone.
2.2. DSWD Certificate of Exemption from TCC, When Required
Passengers traveling with a minor shall present a DSWD Certificate of
Exemption from TCC under any of the following circumstances:
a. If the parents are not married and the minor is traveling with the biological
father who has sole parental authority or legal custody over the minor;
b. When the traveling companion is the legal guardian;
c. Orphans of married parents and traveling with the substitute parent/s
(grandparent or nearest kin); and
d. Orphans of non-married parents and traveling with the substitute parent/s or nearest kin on maternal side.
3. Minors Subject of Adoption
3.1. For adopted minors with an Order of Adoption but pending issuance of a new PSA-issued birth certificate
a. Travel Authority for the adoptive parent/s and adopted minor issued by the National Authority for Child Care (NACC).
3.2. Prospective Adoptive Parent/s Traveling with a Minor Subject of Pending Domestic Adoption Proceedings
a. For proceedings pending with the NACC
i. DSWD Travel Clearance Certificate
b. For those pending in courts
i. A manifestation or notice about the intended travel, duly received by the
Court where the case is pending, filed at least seven (7) calendar days
before the intended date of travel.
3.3. Prospective Adoptive Parent/s Traveling with a Minor Subject of Pending Inter-Country Adoption Proceedings.
a. Travel Authority for the prospective adoptive parent/s issued by the NACC;
b. Travel Clearance Certificate for Adoptee issued by the NACC; and
c. Clearance from the Commission on Filipinos Overseas (CFO).

Hello possible naman po iyon,@@cookingidea6943, you might expect nga lang po na may malaking chance po na ipa hold tayo for secondary inspection by the immigration officer as they might think po na mag stay ka duon for work, ang kinakatakot ko is baka mamaya pagbinatangan ka nila na di na babalik ng Pinas lalo na po at employer mo din sya technically. So if you'll ask me po, better agahan sa airport, prove na itong boss/friend mo ay affiliated ka talaga sa kanya and that ang work assignment mo is sa Pilipinas lang. Hi Jave! Para maclear po ang offloading record kailangan po nating macomply ang mga hinihingi ng immigration officer. Pero bibigyan na kita ng heads up, minsan kapag nacomply na ni pasahero yung hinihingi sa kanila ng IO, nagkakaruon ng panibagong requirement po na minsan ay di nadadala ni pasahero at ang ending po ay naooffload ulit. Kahit saang airport po kayo dito sa Pilipinas as long as dadaan po ng Immigration, makikita po nila yun sa kanilang database at for sure po ihohold nila kayo. If you don't mind po pwede po bang malaman yung buong background ninyo as a traveller? Saan ang punta? Ilang araw? Saan mag-iistay? Anong work mo po? Ikaw ba ang may gastos ng lahat (airfare,hotel, other expenses), may kakilala ba sa pupuntahan? May sumagot ba ng part ng ticket mo? May kasama ka ba sa byahe before or solo? MOST IMPORTANT: anong kina offload, ano ang hininging document. By answering these ba ka pwede na kita mabigyan ng mga possible na mangyare ☺ 🦋

hi Mac! Wala kang dapat ipagkaba since frequent traveller ka na. For me as long as good record ka naman, may source of financial capacity to travel, taas kilay ka lang pag dumaan sa immigration. Charot. Wala kang dapat ika worry ☺. Better bring your old passport with you para mabilis nilang makita kesa magretrive pa sa database nila. Sometimes magtatanong lang sila kung san san ka na nakapunta para ma make sure nga na ikaw yung nasa old passport ☺🦋

Hello po,. Balak po sana namin mag out of the country with our 4years old daughter this coming sept. Kaso po sa private company po nag ta trabaho yung asawa ko sa province po namin so parang aq lang makakapag complete sa mga sup. Documents na nasa mga list mo po. Bale ang mapanghahawakan lang ni hubby is yung acc. niya na monthly naman pong nalalagyan. 90% po kaya na offload kami pag ganun po? Bale kami din po gagastos sa mga gastusin namin sa pag tour since my savings naman po km for dat 😬. Kaso nga lang di alanganing makakakuha asawa ko nang mga sup. Docs. Niya baka COE lang at payslip lang ang makukuha niya 😬

Nako wag po kayo masyadong mag overthink, kaya ito ayaw ko sa version ng video ko kasi naka focus sa list ng requirements, sa isang video kasi pinapa analyze ko sa mga wizwiz natin yung requirements nila 😅. Anyway, preferably sa isang immigration officer na lang magkasunod or magkasama po kayo mapunta. Hindi naman sila mahigpit kung travelling family lalo na kung may bata. Yung COE kerybels na yan. You must also be able to to describe your work details meticulously po sa Immig officer para true na true ang pagiging freelancer na effect hehe. Mag travel po kasi kami pa Singapore kasama ko po kaibigan ko at jowa nya mag celebrate po sila ng anniversary nila sa Singapore sumama po ako sa kanila kasi gusto ko din makapasyal. Yung friend ko po mag ka work kami sa restaurant waitress po kami 700 a day po namin tas may tip pa po . Sumahod din po ako sa paluwagan namin sa work kaya may pera naman ako pang travel ko .May coe napo kami na ready at may bank statement na din po ako na saving ko minsan nalalagyan ko pero minsan nawiwithdraw ko din pag need ko. Tanung ko po may possible po ba na ma offload kami dahil sa restaurant at waiter lang po work namin. Di kasi ako makatulog kakaisip kung tama po ba na sumama ako sa kanjla kasi baka ma offload lang kami sayang pinag ipunan ko po . 3 days po kami mag tourists sa Singapore may hotel reservations at return ticket din po kami.

Ano requirements (documents, etc.) sa kagaya ko na senior citizen, with eTA, accompanying my minor grandson (3 yrs old), with Temporary Resident Visa, sponsored by his mother (intl student) and father (open work visa) na nasa Canada. Gusto nila sumunod anak nila at ihatid ko at the same time magaalaga sa kanya doon for 4-5 months. Di nila ma-accompany ang bata due to school & work. I was in Canada for a month in 2015 as a tourist. I am retired, SSS pensioner and to be sponsored by my daughter for the travel and while there. My son will also sponsor me in case i want to visit relatives there, if time is permits, but unlikely due to distance consideration (in another distant province).

hello po, DSWD clearance po and traceable proof of relationship po kay grandson through original NSO birth certificates po, then I think better po kung makakuha ng original apostilled/authenticated affidavit of support and guarantee sa Philippine embassy sa Canada from your anak po, I'm not sure lang po if need ng CFO sticker para kay grandson po so better check this one po sa website ng Commission on Filipino's Overseas. Basically ang pinaka magiging point lang naman po dyan is may training nga po ba talagang magaganap, legit po ba ito and kung affiliated po ba kayo sa organization na ito ☺🦋

Though I would recommend na mag keep ka ng picture ng passport and boarding pass nila lalo na kung same day naman ang flight po ninyo. But you mentioned po na ikaw naman ang talagang nag finance ng trip mo po so I think less likely naman yung tanong na yan as long as maprove mo na financially capable ka talaga to shoulder your trip.
