IWO 10 smart watch wireless charging issue.

Brought this smart watch from Ali express website and got a defective not functional wireless charger.

Open the wireless charger and charge directly on the wires inside. Just place the watch onto of the coiled wires. Mine is now working

Open your wireless charger. It has a magnet inside it. Just flip the side of magnet thats it. Now it will stick with watch and it will charge

Francesco Gatti yes you have to press the backside of the watch and then put on the charger. Atleast solved my charging problem.

Francesco Gatti this issue is due to internal loose connection between the magnet and watch. Keep on pressing will solve the issue.

Only solution is to press the backside of the watch so that the charging coil is firmly in contact with the charger.

Hey there. My watch that's exactly like the one in the vid is working, but the charger won't charge another smartwatch of mine that has a round base. My charger is working flawlessly on the square-bodied watch (like in the video) but doesn't charge my round-bodied (seemingly higher quality) watch. Charger's wireless magnetic port lights up green when the watch is placed on it, but ultimately the watch itself doesn't charge nor respond. I tried everything from pressing and holding its buttoms, to pressing and holding the charge area under the watch's base. No response. I'm currently trying to reach the seller about the issue, but let me know if you have any idea as to what the problem may be.
