IXION | Behind the Scenes - Narrative

Welcome to the first in a special behind the scenes series of videos in which we talk to the guys at Bulwark Studios about the conception and ongoing development of their award winning sci-fi/city builder, IXION.
Over three episodes, members of Bulwark Studios from the different disciplines of narrative/game design, programming, and art discuss IXION’s development with the game’s producer, Kasedo Games’ Christian Woolford.
Starting with Narrative, we speak with Creative Director & Lead Game Designer, Emmanuel Monnereau and Narrative Director & Writer, Julien Audebert about IXION’s story, how it all started and their hopes for the game.

I just finished the game. The game is perfect in all aspects, but the story is amazing in its own right. You can play it as a beautiful city building simulator and be completely engaged and satisfied, but the moment you start analyzing the events, the "Naomi protocol" stuff and the final chapter narrative, your mind will be blown away. Thank you for this journey!

Great vid, I thought Tiqqun was a play on Tycoon because of the city building elements of the game. It still fits tho! 😅
